projects
Here's some things I have made/am making:
-
Uni Submarine Simulator Thing
A emulation of a model submarine.
Made this in a week for my 1st year design make test (DMT) project in university. We were supposed to actually make the thing but covid came along and fucked over all out plans. Got WAY too fixated on this and ended the week majorly burnt out, having spent it relearning mechanics and writing and troubleshooting over 1000 lines of javascript. Honestly I'm just glad I didnt have to use LabView, I think I might have had an actual breakdown.
All that said, it doesn't actually work.
-
Fretboard Learner
A web app for learning the guitar fretboard.
I needed to learn the notes on the guitar better, because in my 13 long years playing I was always really shit at sight reading and stuff, so I came up with this. Unfortunately I never finished it, and its a bit amateur (all basic JS DOM functions, which is a bit unweildly for this use case). Maybe I'll get back to it some day. There's a working ish version on glitch though.
-
Homestuck Notes
A notes extension for homestuck.com.
The idea is you can make annotations as though they were comments on each page of homestuck. Got the idea from a friend on discord and got very fixated on it. Desparately needs a overhaul. I was an amateur when I made it.
-
ShittyTroll
A shitty face filter that turns you into a troll from homestuck.
Please don't judge, I made this very briefly on a whim back before I got very well versed in Javascript. Its badly written and badly laid out. Definitely a joke I should've left be.
Link is dead right now whilst I sort rehosting it.
